  1. Leftover fries are a rarity for me, but I like adding them to my homemade breakfast burritos as my potato component. Yum!

  2. Another option is melt cheese on top and eat it with a fork with a breakfast. I pretend it's breakfast potatoes

  3. Works better if you chuck them into an oven fryer (this works magic with KFC pieces too)

  4. Good to know. Inevitably if I bring takeout home or get delivery the fries have to go in the air fryer. This is way easier.

  5. I've been doing this for years and I can confirm that it works super well. I even do it when I order food to give them a little re-heat just before serving.

  6. Fun fact, put a little bit of water on them. Sounds counterintuitive, but the water will rehydrate the starches inside the fry. You don't need a lot, maybe just a teaspoon or two.
The water will soak into the fries ASAP and you'll get crispy AND fluffy fries again

  7. I put mine in the air fryer for about 1 to 2 minutes tops. I check on them around a minute if u see the sheen of oil around them there done. They will taste exactly like they came out of the fast food place fryer. I do it all the time. It never disappoints.

  8. I love soggy/ soft fries more than anything. I will literally get McDonald’s fries to leave them in the microwave to get soft, then eat them😻😻 anyone else with me lol

  9. I have an addition. If the fries are cold and dry, heat them in a microwave for two minutes with a cup or bowl of boiling water next to them. And then fry in the pan.
