In this video, I take you on a journey to discover my two favorite fine dining restaurants in Paris: Auberge Nicolas Flamel and La Raffinerie. Each of these establishments offers a unique culinary experience, infused with a distinct ambiance. Auberge Nicolas Flamel, in the heart of the city, immerses you in a historical journey with its medieval decor and impeccable service. With a sommelier offering remarkable wines and a tasting menu that transforms each dish into a work of art, this place is perfect for food lovers and those who appreciate a bit of mystery.
On the other hand, La Raffinerie, nestled near the Canal du Midi, charms with its industrial atmosphere and lovely terrace. Although the prices are a bit high and some dishes lack flavor, the chips and desserts are breathtaking. This dog-friendly establishment is ideal for a sunny day, offering a pleasant view and attentive service. In this video, I share my thoughts on these two places, helping you choose your next fine dining destination in Paris.
