After 70 years Simon Tress realized a casual and cozy Fine Dining Restaurant in Ehestetten in the Swabian Alps beside the family owned (Bio-)Hotel Rose, which lives the values and enchanted us deeply by revealing a passionate and overall affectionate concept.
