  4. Inspired to give it a try. I was able to collect some top shelf trimmings from the fish monger which was a treat. Overall it was straight forward to follow and the result was outstanding. Can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your passion. Will try the potato recipe next. Cheers
