RECIPE ⬇️
2 sticks of salted butter
1 yellow onion
2 shallots medium sized
2 tbsp white truffle oil
2 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
*Cook down yellow onion and shallots until caramelized. Add white truffle oil. Dice onion mixture. To a medium sized bowl add onion mixture and all other ingredients. Mix well. Roll into a log and freeze. Cut into coins for steak.*
