  1. A lot of Europeans don‘t consider themselves black or white like Americans, probably because we have a different (complex) history … since we are a mixed bunch of various skin shades from super pale to dark … not super ebony-beautifully-dark-skinned as in some African countries, but simply put „Europinia diverse in skin tone“. This sounds very „positive“, as if colonialism which must be addressed here also & most EU countries brutally exploited & still do so to their benefit to this very day aggressively … but that’s not intended here – Italians … the further south you go the more connections you get to other bordering countries (like everywhere in the world …) if you go deep down south, the only thing separating from Africa is the ocean & historically that’s never been a real „border“ … it’s dynamic is what I‘m trying to say … the „black & white“ or „cultural boundary issues“ are always „man made artificial borders“ that don’t really apply as soon as you take the history of migration & the natural process of mix & mingle into account …. It simply can‘t be put in a box so easily… even though the political trend globally is very aggressive promoting borders, othering and seclusion … the actual world simply tells a different story …

  2. Italians are the real "latinos", not people from the American continent. If you didn't study geography and history you will not agree 🤣🤣🤣

  3. This dude got picked on by some italiano americani who dont even speak italian and then went home immediately to make this😂😂😂

  4. Well, some years ago if i would have gone to the beach for few hours my skin looked like if I was born in Africa, depends if is summer and they are near a beach i guess

  5. italians been considered like filthy rats in 1920's by americans, despite they're sometimes visibly light skin, so it's a cultural fact, i'm light skinned turkish/kurdish who's born in germany and live in Italy since I was 6 months, I consider my self italian at least 95%, i absorbed all the culture and I can't refuse it.

  6. I dont get were this come from.
Us Italians do consider ourselves white. (Except for Calabria people, sorry guys, you are brown)

  7. It ain't true, Italians don't even bother to think about it, if your skin is white, you are considered white. Who really thinks Italians aren't white are americans who claim they're "partially Italian".

  8. I'm Italian, I don't know anyone who doesn't consider themselves white unless their skin literally isn't white…

  9. We absolutely consider ourselves white. Italian americans don't consider themselves white, because being white in America is considered a sin lately.

  10. That's because asking to an european if he is black or white, is really cringe and stupid, for us 😅

  11. I am French and in France they said
an Italian is an Arab who knows how to dress
what is funny is that by Arab we mean North Africans who although they speak Arabic are not but are Berber
like the legend Zinedine Zidane who is as much loved in Italy for his career in Turin as he is hated for his career in the French team
North Africans in France are like Latinos in the USA and Algerians like Mexicans in Texas

  12. South Italian has darker skin and often exchange from ppl from Arabic countries, if you mean white as wasp we are defenetly and we are not actually white in a sense of ethnicity because we had a lot of invasions from different ethnicity depend by the region for example Sicilian arancini are invented when Arabs went to Sicily

  13. Italians do not look european white …im romani and some of them look very similar im features and we are not considered white
