For week 2 of the Cheese Church Challenge, put on by CheeseSexDeath, I taste a goat’s milk cheese called Humboldt Fog from Cypress Grove creamery/dairy in Arcata, CA. It’s paired with a rose from the South of France called “Belle Emilie” by Cellier des Chartreux.
