Disclaimer: this is my way of eating. I’m french but I don’t claim showing what all the french typically eat. I like eating and cooking very simple ingredients (no processed foods), cooking from scratch quick and easy meals. I eat pretty low carb too.

I missed your videos!!!!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Very nice video. Thank you. It's nice to see another video from you.😊
Loved the video. Your meals looks so yummy!
Yum. What kinds of cheeses were you eating on this day?
Wow you are back! Please post more 🙂
I'm curious – you had bread at every meal but introduced the video by saying you try to eat low carb. How do you see bread fitting into a low carb life?
Yay its great to see you back what a lovely surprise! 🙋♂️
One thing that strikes me about France is the quality of the ingredients. The level of attention with food looks closer to organic and artisanal items in other Western nations like US and Australia.
Wonderful to see you back 💜 your videos are soothing!
Simple eating is the best and the most delicious ❤
What about saucisson? Are French sausages processed?
Thank you for such a wonderful video. Love from Miami ❤🌞🌊🏖
Fresh tarragon hard to get where I am. I wonder if dried is ok.
I love your videos and enjoy once again seeing the delicious home cooked meals I remember when visiting France several years ago! Would you consider adding your recipes in the description? I’d so appreciate that! I can’t wait to your lovely meals!!❤
Do you have lactose problems? I would love to eat all that cheese but struggle with lactose issues
alcohol (wine) every day???
Haha – I just paid 20 bucks for a wedge of french cheese.. It's incredibly good! I envy your choices of breads, cheeses etc
No fruit?
I've never seen lettuce as layered as that. We have similar but a lot less leaves, it's called butterhead lettuce. What is your one called in French? It looks delicious. 😊
I love your videos! The quality of them shows your effort and endeavour. I would just like to encourage you to maybe put some French music in it, coz this default music is kind of soulless🥲it doesn’t do justice to all the beautiful food you’re making!
Brilliant!
How much wine per day?
J’aime ton videos tres beaucoup, mais la musique se répète trop souvent. Excusez- moi!
I don’t know if I can get chicory here, really keen to try it.
