Oh, la la la!!! I so wish I could have tried everything when I was there last! It’s breakfast time here in California …so guess what I’m having? Pain perdu!!! The bone marrow was always my son’s favorite side dish…I wish I had the money and the leg strength 😫…I would like to return and stay for a while and try these different places starting with the St. Regis, yummy! And find the best place for my favorite salad frisée aux lardons with a big slice of tarte citron…two of my favorite things to eat in Paris but all of your dishes looked “good enough to eat”!!!😂 much love, you guys🥰
Ahhh, the joys of being a rich Américain in Paree!
I concur
Ugh the bone marrow 😢
We were in Paris for the first week of July. On your recommendation we made a reservation and had dinner at Camille. It was the best meal of our stay. The staff was excellent from the bartenders to the wait staff. The food was excellent. We had a table inside next to a window and enjoyed watching the activity on the street. Thanks so much for a great suggestion.
9.40 for a bottle of Pellegrino at St Regis? Give me a break.
I was there for lunch earlier today. Chef and co-owner Shaan and his nephew Luoca were there. The other co-owner Christian will be there for the evening. It is located at a quiet street in the 6th arrondissement. The tarama, made with fish roe, was light and flavorful. The sea bass tasted a bit like snapper and was delicious. The brioche dessert is a dream! Very reasonably priced – €60 for three courses + one champagne + one rose wine. I will go back when I am next in the 6th arrondissement.
Une tranche de foie gras à 23,50€ et un steak au poivre à 38,50 €, burrata 20€, omelette 18€, encore des adresses « attrape touristes » 😂😂
I'd prefer restaurants two and three.
I leave for Paris tomorrow. Can’t wait to try your recommendations
Someone had a little extra champagne before the mousse au chocolat 🙂
It's the bread that isn't good for cholesterol.
You two are the best!
❤
Your videos are so joyous! I am sorry some of your respondents are so ill mannered as to post comments critical of your dress or touring choices. Viewers, if you don't like what you see, turn it off and mind your own damn business. The rest of us are enjoying watching their enthusiasm for life! Keep it up Les Frenchies!!!
I envy u guys tucking in all the deluvious food.Hope u dont have any health problems. Cholesterol etc. Take care. ❤
Delicious video! Thank you for the info.
its a damn Omelette lady! Jeez😊
You two discover such wonderful places! The only problem, those are your wonderful places, and they vary. Your gift to us is simple. Enjoy What You Can…It’s Paris After All!
You two are so nice! I am half french half italian, we eat always in this way. We are thin , we know how to mix all ingredients and meals. Nice nice to wacht you two. God bless you!
The Saint Regis is a great spot for a drink or meal anytime. Really great food.
BISTRO DES CHAMPS is a cafe – restaurant to avoid. This establishment is a two block walk south of the Arch of Triumph. The food is poor, the service is worse, and the establishment dishonest. When presented with our bill a 10% tip was demanded. We had learned from Les Frenchies that tipping is not a custom in France. We argued with the waiter to no avail. Not wanting to spoil our visit for 7 euros we paid the tip and moved on. On the way out we checked with the manager and other staff all of which said a tip was necessary. We felt we were dealing with a pack of CON-ARTISTS. I would stay away from this cafe-restaurant, there weren't many people there to begin with which should have been a clue, as the experience was unpleasant not only for us but for those French citizens we shared our experience with.
I just went to Le Petite Pontoise last night. Their escargots with mushrooms, duck confit with foie gras, roasted sea bass are excellent, but not for their crème brûlée. They gave us an overcooked & burnt crème brûlée & gave a perfect one to the table that was next to us. I made crème brûlée so many times & my mom thinks their crème brûlée was overcooked & wasn’t smooth as what I was expected. A good crème brûlée should be cooked with vanilla bean, but this restaurant only used vanilla extract to make crème brûlée & charged 10€… 😤
Great video but 191e for lunch is wild.
Le Petit Pontoise is fantastic, I've had many great dinners there.
I love this channel, but Paris has African neighborhoods which you never seem to go to. Try and represent real Paris.
People who are French comment here❤❤❤❤👇
Finger-licking American good. Like on a campfire. I am surprised that they are allowed back into that restaurant.
tarama is fish roe 🙂
The BEST review for any dish is … Antoine's reaction!
Can you guys list the name of the restaurant please
I Subscribed. That food sounded delicious. And the prices sounded Delicious 😋 too…
