  2. Carmel is really hard esp if you arent used to working with it I love baking(and plan on going to pastry school) and i still burn it sometimes 😅 your doing great my biggest tip is to use a candy thermometer bc the temp effects the texure

  3. Its not just an apple Tarte, its a Tarte Tatin, because the apples are upsides down, serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or crème anglaise for food heaven 👌 great work
