  1. Eggless Madeleines

    Ingredients :

    Milk – 100 Grams (Room Temp)
    White Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
    All Purpose Flour – 150 Grams (1 + ¼ Cup)
    Baking Powder – ½ Tsp
    Baking Soda – ¼ Tsp
    Salt – ¼ Tsp
    Melted Butter – 55 Grams
    Sugar – 80 Grams
    Vanilla Extract – 1 Tsp
    Lemon Extract – 1 Tsp (Optional)

    Method :
    In a mug/bowl add milk and vinegar. Mix it well and keep aside for 5 mins.
    In a bowl sift together all dry ingredients (all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt).
    Now in a separate bowl, add melted butter and sugar and whisk well until light and fluffy.
    Add milk and vinegar mixture and whisk well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and mix everything together.
    Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins
    Preheat oven at 350°F or 180°C and grease madeleines pan with butter.
    Transfer the batter to the pan.
    Bake for 25 mins at at 350°F or 180°C.
    Let it come to room temp and enjoy!
