When you make mushroom red wine reduction. Don't add Flour if you are out of Rioja and Bone Broth, they go in at equal parts.. Ha Ha ha ha

My friend, you really should tell to the people that they should not buy the cheap tomato cans with citric acid. Thats a terrible taste and is used for peeling the tomatoes. But it gives a bad taste. There are also cans available without that. But never the cheaper once.
