Next up, the scallop gratinéeswith hazelnut and lemon butter—an elegant dish that’s buttery, zesty, and a little nutty. 🐚🍋 Such a perfect combination!

Moving on to mains, we couldn’t resist the Bavette à l’échalote, a fresh-cut flank steak served with hand-cut frites and a rich red wine échalote sauce. 🥩🍷 The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sauce added a beautiful depth of flavor.

For something truly special, the duck leg confit à l’orange was outstanding. 🍊🦆 Paired with creamy gratin dauphinois, the duck was so tender, it just fell off the bone. Each bite was a melt-in-your-mouth experience, with the citrus jus adding that perfect touch of sweetness.
