after watching handfuls of shorts from this series i just realised it reminds me of that mushroom pasta the kids from the lemony snicket movie made for the villain and his guests from literal food scraps they found in the kitchen drawers
Just mash some potato, add some flour, knead into a dough and make fresh gnocchi- it’s about as hard as boiling an egg. Pan fry in some butter and finely chopped sage. Grate some Parmesan over the top.
