TASTING NOTE
Our Guest Juror Mindy Joyce is tasting the 2010 Chateau Brassac, Bordeaux Superieur, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
A fruity nose with notes of cherry, dark chocolate, oak and spices on the palate. The wine has firm tannins with a woody finish.
This wine pairs well with:Fatty Meats, Lamb with Herbs, Pasta with Meat Sauce
