How to make a cheesy French onion soup!!
Ingredients:
– Slice 4 onions
– Add butter to a pot
– Add the sliced onions and sauté. Add salt and tbs of sugar
– when onions are turning brown, add minced garlic
– Worcestershire sauce and vinegar
– Add bay leaves and beef broth
– Close pot until soup begins to boil
– Cut up baguette, add butter and toast
– Add soup to a bowl, then add mozzarella and provolone cheese
– Broil at 525 degrees until the cheese browns
