  1. I dont know why, but fall is my time to bake and also do more labour intensive cooking and exploring too! 😊

  2. potato soup, beef stew, chicken stew (crockpot) ….. don't make my potato soup in the crock pot though…… it's better right off the stove with the bacon I'd already cooked and cubed while the soup cooked.

  3. My fall cooking is baking. I tend to avoid the oven all summer due to the heat so once it gets cooler, I bake a lot of sweets and make a lot of baked dinner dishes.

  4. We put sourdough skillet on rotation in the fall. It's basically like a biscuit topped pot pie but with a sourdough started based crust.

  5. You mentioned "buffalo chicken meatballs" and I IMMEDIATELY starting Googling!! How the hell did I miss that video of your's??

  6. The way to save fingers on the micro plane is to put the thin garlic pieces under the Parm! Had to break rules at work because I dono how to sub on smart tv.

  7. Love French Onion soup and love meatballs so this combination sounds delicious especially bathed in gravy – lol. Since he retired hubby does most of the cooking. Going to give this recipe to him right away! Thanks Laura.

  8. Around autumn, I just love a good old Dutch endive stamppot with crunchy endive, rich with bacon bits, brown gravy and smoked sausage. Yum.

  9. This is the same as “Salisbury steak” just you made it with meatballs instead of burgers… very old recipe, nothing new…

  15. Looks delicious but the printable recipe isn’t on your website. Would you please fix that?

  16. Soups for autumn and winter are the way to go. I am always cold, and half a litre of hot broth two to three times a day with various stuff in it (I am making liver dumplings right now) is the way to keep me in functional mode. With a few cups of milk tea and an occasional coffee in between, of course. 🙂

  17. My fall recipes I love making tuscano soup and lasagna soup and tomato soup with grilled cheese or lentil soup

  18. This looks so delicious; I went today and bought all ingredients for it. As autumn meals go, I like a good pumpkin soup and also a cheese fondue. The latter does not need much cooking, but I love it.

  19. I'm making this recipe today. A couple of issues. You don't mention how much flour to use. I am going with 2 tbs. But I'll start with less to be sure I don't over thicken. The other, you don't mention temperature or how long to cook the meatballs. Looking it up somewhere else, it said to cook meatballs 15-30 minutes at 350-400 degrees.

  20. There's that lady the queen of darkness on the web. She preys on older men then gets there money. She's known as jennifer brew. No morales no class just a theif

  21. so many meals you can make in an electric steamer. layers, that allow you to cook protein, carbs and greens all at the same time. Very healthy option, and quick.

  22. Hi Laura,
