Jambon beurre, also known as a Parisien, is a classic French sandwich featuring a baguette, butter, and ham.
There are variations on the jambon beurre. My go-to recipe is spreading butter on one side of a demi-baguette, filling it with ham, cheese, and cornichons, and spreading Dijon mustard on the other side.
