Beat eggs, vanilla essence, sugar & cinnamon powder in shallow dish/ bowl. Stir in milk. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Then cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick pan on medium heat until browned on both sides.
