  1. For details on the EPCOT Food and Wine festival items shown, ingredients, or chapter contents, please check the video description.

  2. Bear I know you are always in search of spicy eats and drinks which are actually spicy as advertised …so looks like you found one 🙂

  3. How many Lactase did you take? Lots of dairy in spurts! You just want some of us to worry about you!

A proper New York Hot Dog is a 100% all beef hot dog (Nathan's, Hebrew National, Sabrett or Costco are the most common) dressed wit mustard if you like (never ketchup), sauerkraut, if you like it, relish, if you like it, on a bun and the better the bun the better the score. Some people like them grilled, some like dirty water dogs. Gyro's (Used to be called G-eyerow, not more authentically it's pronounced Hero) are as available as Hot Dogs in New York. Overall, the food seems pretty good this year and some of the prices seem surprisingly decent and some seem not surprisingly way overpriced. Isn't the ravioli way over $1.25 each? Frangipane is like an almond paste based cream. goes very well with apples or pears, especially red wine poached pears. Another video would be appreciated!

  4. Definitely appreciate the vegetarian options sampled! If you need help to save you from the cheese, ring me up next time and My non-vegetarian wife and vegetarian self will come up to assist!

  5. We eat that bread regularly in Guatemala 😂 it's called quesadilla there though. My mom actually made some last month! So good!

  6. There might not have been a lot of non-dessert based options for vegetarians in this specific video but those desserts looked GOOD so I'll count that as a victory. Lots of really interesting ones this year too, like the cheese and honey and the cornbread and chocolate. And yes, I'd love a vegetarian only video omg 💜

  7. You had me at “that ravioli is thinner than your excuse that you planned your last Disney trip over.” Lots of great zingers in this video even if I’ll never eat any of these dishes 😂
