  1. Using food processor to make mayonnaise is probably the best kitchen skill I learned. I have run into situations where we run out of mayonnaise or simply not stocking them, knowing how to make it on the go amaze my friends and fresh mayonnaise by itself taste amazing.

  2. Good video. Often the instruction &/or recipe books that come with new kitchen equipment are either very vague or the recipes not well thought out. But one of the handiest gadgets I've bought for the kitchen in the last couple of years was a mini-chopper. I have a big multi-tasking food processor, a liquidiser & blender, but they're quite big so tend to get stored in the pantry They either don't do tiny amounts too well or once you've dragged them out, set them up, Used then washed & put away – it's not worth it. So they're reserved for bulk tasks. But the mini-chopper is small enough to live on the worktop & handles small amounts so well. As you say, they're so quick, so I'll make a quick mirepoix/sofrito, or decide to knock up a mayonnaise or other sauce. Plus they're pretty cheap, mine was about £20. So excellent showing everyone how useful they can be.
