Ingredients for 4 persons or 4 pizzas/tartes flambée
Dough:
500 gr all purpose flour
10 gr fresh yeast
250 ml water
50 ml olive oil
1 tsp salt

Garnish:
200 gr cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
5 tbsp sour cream / crème fraîche 38% fat
350 gr dried and smoked bacon
3 large onions
a bit of nutmeg
salt & pepper
+ semolina for spreading out the dough + a crispy crust!
