  1. Im pretty sure you added evaporated milk not condensed milk. At least thats what i can see. If I’m wrong then please correct me..

  2. I will not be craving that for a breakfast, but it sure sounds good for a movie night with the girls

  3. Back in the stoner struggle meal days I would do this but with Nutella and pancake batter for a funnel cake donut thing

  4. I am actually so confused. Hong Kong French toast compared to North American French toast. At this point, is it even French toast if they change it that much? Why not just French toast from France and any other similar kind is (Country name) toast?

  5. As a person who is from Hong Kong, I still remember the distinct taste of this French toast, as it is basically in EVERY Hong Kong style restaurants! Even after I moved away from Hong Kong, I still make this dish to this day. Love from a HongKonger!

  6. What i am about to say is pretty basic, but nostalgic. My mom would take (usually brioche, as fresh as you can get it) and dunk it in an egg wash with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and some other stuff (maybe espresso would be a good edition?) and toast it on a griddle. We'd only top it with butter and powdered sugar, but it was simple and good. Maybe you should try an upgraded version!

  7. As a person fron Hong Kong, u made me think of my childhood and make me hungry at 2 pm in the morning😭🙏
