How to make Mac n Cheese Recipe (with smoked brisket)

mac n cheese with only 3 ingredients, 1 pot, and a sauce that’s very creamy and smooth, not grainy

Recipe:
6oz dried pasta
6oz evaporated milk
6oz your favorite cheddar/cheese (pepperjack is awesome too)

(equal parts everything, if you want to scale it!)

– Cover your pasta with water and cook until the water is almost all gone
(you want all that starch to make your sauce thick and creamy)
– add evaporated milk and bring to boil
– then fold in your cheese (:
– season it with salt and whatever else you’d like
(nutmeg and black pepper are really nice!)
