    Ingredients:
    – 2 boiled potatoes
    – 1 teaspoon oregano
    – 1 teaspoon chili flakes
    – Salt, to taste
    – 2 1/2 cups rice flour
    – 2-3 grams oil, for brushing

    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    – Begin by boiling the potatoes until they are tender. Allow them to cool slightly, then peel and mash them in a large mixing bowl.
    2. Make the Dough:
    – Add oregano, chili flakes, salt, and rice flour to the mashed potatoes. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a dough-like consistency.
    3. Shape the Fries:
    – Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into an even layer on a clean surface.
    – Cut the flattened dough into small, fry-shaped pieces using a knife.
    4. Air Fry the Fries:
