In this recipe we will see how to make sweet potato fries recipe at home. In this recipe we are going to make thin strips of sweet potato and then season it with some chilli powder and salt. A small amount of corn flour is also added to ensure that the salt and chilli powder cling on to the sweet potato. When frying the sweet potato, we have to make sure that the oil temperature is moderate, if the oil is too hot, the sweet potatoes will be burnt from the outside and if the temperature is too low, they soak up a lot of oil.

3 large sweet potato (650g approx)
4-5 tbsp Corn flour
1 tsp Chilli powder
