  1. At last has French month started? Have you finally listened to me ? I was in Normandy last week, they have so much to give, so Sam lets give some back, with French cooking, french dark beer, cheeses, etc, you know you CAN, keep up the great work.

  2. Onions look soggy rather than caramelized and not having any seared part of the beef in it makes the whole thing look mushy? idk could be just me.

  5. Sam I used to live in South Park and watched you on the local PBS channel. I have since moved out east and also been living in Barcelona. I have switched so many friends on to you and they love each video. I get messages all the time about how they just learned something from you.   7. This just made me so sad. My Mom made great FRENCH DIP on these sour dough rolls that were so great.
    I have no Idea where she bought those rolls, and my mom is long passed. I'll never get THAT French dip again
