Martha’s Lighter Blue Cheese Dressing (Iceberg Wedge Perfection)

and now I’m going to show you how to make blue cheese dressing buttermilk and low-fat yogurt can replace some of the mayonnaise and some of the sour cream too that are traditionally included in glue cheese dressing even heavy cream is included sometimes which I try to avoid in salad dressings low-fat yogurt mayonnaise a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice when you’re making salad dressings always use fresh juice fresh chopped thyme leaves no stems this thyme even has a few flowers which are very tasty and I don’t mind putting them in the dressing half a cup of Buttermilk seasoned with salt and pepper approximately 4 o of blue cheese and I just like to crumble it right into the dressing now this is uh served over wedges of iceberg lettuce it’s also very good poured over thickly sliced tomatoes so that’s it creamy blue cheese dressing
