So I have but I take the sweet potato I had a tablespoon of brown sugar a little bit of salt and pepper and some butter and I whip that up then I put it warm on the toast dip it in the egg batter and fry it sprinkle a little bit of powdered sugar on top and cut it in half and it is a delicious sandwich

Wow, great idea. I like adding brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and maybe Marshmello. We will see, but it would b good plain too with maple syrup. Thanks
