Legendary chef Daniel Boulud tells us how his eponymous restaurant Daniel is like a theatre for his diners.
restaurant Danielle is on the Upper East Side of New York City it has always felt like it’s very French but it’s very New York I don’t think I will have a restaurant like this anywhere else in the world it’s like a theater and every table is looking at each other and the the service team it’s kind of the actor in this play and the guests are just like enjoying it from old side I think the last thing I like when I go to a restaurant is pretension I want to make sure that our service is genuine it’s kind is there but it’s not there never overbearing of course always over delivering for me an ingredient I love but it’s more personal than I imposed on every one of my menu it’s avocado I love avocado so it sounds like avocado tactin because now everybody is eating avocado 13.
