what’s up guys we’re back today with
another French toaster recipe this time
with less ingredients and more protein
featuring cottage cheese so let’s jump
right into it also summer is right
around the corner which means ice cream
season my favorite this video gets 1,000
likes we’re going to do another protein
ice cream and drop your favorite kind of
ice cream in the comments below I’ll
include the most commented one
start this one with either a food
processor or blender add right into it
two large whole eggs half a cup of
cottage cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla
extract half a teaspoon of ground
cinnamon 1 tbsp of a sweetener and for
more protein one scoop of a vanilla
protein powder you could also use
chocolate or really any other flavor
protein powder as long as you think it
would complement the recipe another
thing you could use here is half a cup
of unsweetened applesauce instead of
eggs macros will change a bit but I’ll
make sure to put both variations on the
protein
chef. it’s always linked up here and
below in the description from here
process or blend everything together
right until
[Music]
smooth pour that mix into a dish and
choose your bread you could go low carb
higher protein or keep it classic like I
did today with some thick cut Texas
toast though these are only 90 calories
of slice so not too bad drop your
favorite French toast bread below place
a piece of your bread into your mix and
let that soak up for a bit I usually
give it a few minutes but in my opinion
the longer you can wait the better
depending on the bread you’re using I
remember I’ll even let mine soak
overnight this all depends on how you
like your French toast and again what
bread you’re using so don’t be scared to
experiment change up the bread soaking
time and so on to find out what you like
best take out a pan or griddle turn your
burner on medium heat and add in some
butter or non-stick cooking spray once
that heats up place your soaked and soon
to be French toast onto whatever you’re
using Let each side cook for around 2 to
3

bigger batch either for meal prep or the
entire family number two along with
other variations on the website I’m also
going to include the calorie breakdown
for just the mix with and without
protein powder and also the mix plus the
Texas toast I used number three you can
make your mix the night before so it’s
ready to go in the morning number four
reheat it in either the microwave for 30
seconds your toaster or an air fryer for
a couple minutes and number five top it

Yeah. I think I will just eat the batter like a pudding, like the subhuman protein demi fiend that I am.

I sure hope that ice cream recipe doesn't require a specific product from a specific company that I don't have which costs a few hundred dollars to buy because boy that would sure suck haha
Can't go wrong with cookie dough ice cream
Brioche bread is the king for French toast…and 185 grams
That cat is adorable.
60 grams.
Dave’s killer raisin bread is the bomb!
Be sure to leave the bread out the night before or it won’t absorb enough of the custard.

My favourite by far is the Salted coconut with mango, hand made ice cream by a small company here in my country. They are fresh milk and cream based, super expensive sadly but you would not belive how amazing those are. They are also pretty macro friendly with just 180kcal/100g
140g
Cherry ice cream though 🤤
I actually found using thomas's multigrain 100cal english muffins work really well for French toast soaks up the flavors and doesn't fall apart with an longer soak. I'll be trying them with this next 😊
Daves Killer Bread
60 grams
Pistachio
210g maple syrup
