why are French fries always better at
restaurants I think I found the perfect
French fry that is a beautiful thing
what you got to do for the Triple cooked
fries is you first need to blanch them
that is a real big pain in the ass oh
I’m going to steam them instead I’m
going to bring them to the point that
they’re falling apart if I pick it up it
starts to fall apart and then I can put
them into the fridge with ease should
probably pull you guys out I can’t wait
2 days to eat my French fries well don’t
worry shom this does not take 2 days why
the reason for the first fry I already
cooked the potatoes fully but what I’m
doing is I’m cooking the outer layer
just a little bit more so I can build a
crust these just get tossed into my
fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes I’m
making peppercorn cayenne pepper paprika
garlic powder onion powder oregano salt
nutritions yeast I think this is what
makes the perfect French fry the JoJo so
we’re going to do the chicken fry before
we fry them

  2. Listen now I’m over here thinking about French fries with homemade ranch but I’ve already started on homemade Alfredo sauce 😩😩✋🏾 I can’t abandon ship now I’ve already made the spicy chicken 😂

  3. I always boil mine until they get pretty mushy and start to fall apart. Then I just deep fry them until they get golden, I season then immediately with paprika, garlic powder, and salt and thats it. I never put them in the fridge cause Im lazy, but I think freezing them over night and cooking them frozen would put them on a new level.

  4. This is also why store bought frozen French fries taste so much better when fried, because of the freezing process, also the boiling, and salting beforehand! In most restaurants what your tasting is prepackaged bulk ordered frozen French fries.

  6. A friend of my old roommate was weirded out that I cook for an hour. Saying they don't have time. It's like… You eat every day. Better to put intention and quality into it, I feel sorry for impatient people
