on like only the ones to the side here
it’s kind of ugly
so I remove
[Music]
that excess skin
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
I’m going to remove most of the liquid
from
[Music]
there dry it up a little bit so it
doesn’t
splatter because I’m going to sear it
not frying like to get crispy
Brown

done is to
use um Bacon Fat so I’m going to sear it

garlic this is so sa that I made I’ll
show the video on how I made it I’ll put
it up there to show you how I made it it
has a lot of herbs in there and um I’m
going to add it in

go then a little bit of
[Music]
the I just rinse off the container and
drop in the Water right right here
nothing goes to
waste I’m adding the chicken we’re going
to put it this
way upside
[Music]

cover and allow it to
cook on
medium
[Music]
FL say added choke hats of added
[Music]
choke and peppers bell
[Music]

to get the um Peppers tender and and um
the other choke could marinate in the
sauce okay they could get mared in
there
everything getting the flavors in the Ed
choke and the
peppers after 2 minutes it’s ready or
maybe I could prolong it for to up to 3
to 4 minutes so that I can reduce some
of the of the
[Music]
gravy

[Music]
[Music]
the secret
weapon and making your chicken taste
good is to brine
it before cooking
now I did not add any salt to the gravy
at
all just from the Brine and then the
sauce that I made previously that I
showed I I’m going to show it to you or
