Dining at a 2 Michelin star restaurant (Lazy Bear)

this is what it’s like to dine at a 12
course two michelin star restaurant i
went to lazy bear in san francisco which
prior to the pandemic was a dinner party
tasting menu where everyone sat at
communal tables it was the coolest
experience ever i came back with private
dining and it was equally amazing you
get a field guide to take notes on each
course as you eat and the dishes were
out of this world creative we had
whipped eggs a trio of oysters one of
which was a nashville fried chicken
style oyster a one bite bread bowl with
caviar duck served four ways truffles
the whole nine yards lazy bear is one of
my favorite fine dining restaurants
because it takes the concept of fine
dining and makes it fun their bread and
butter was an homage to bread from
outback steakhouse they had a dish which
was a seafood hot pot and at the end of
the meal they give you a bag of goodies
to enjoy for breakfast the next morning
which was a perfect end to the meal
overall i think you could just tell how
much fun i had eating here it was
amazing
