ported by stone walls called restaurant
[Music]
poor and draining soil is very favorable
for the Vine
The Grapes ripen slowly
which enriches their juice with sugar
and preserves their acidic character
[Music]
take the grape
we cut here and we have to be careful
with our finger
we cut slowly
and we put in the buckets
Time for Action then
today and early September morning
we’re going to harvest the grape variety
called govanash
the grape said Chateau de crema are
actually harvested by hand
these pictures are not for sure it fits
that the winery switched to organic

the field he pours them onto the first
conveyor belt Crate by crate
we make sure everything is nicely spread
out on the Belt

Silver Machine
out come the green stalks while the
separated grapes
are moved up to the next level
where they slide down into the Press
from the field to tweet delicious grape
juice it it takes mere minutes
cheers
but to mature into a round wine
patience is needed in the barrel
the dark chilly Wine Cellar of Chateau
