  1. That's egg toast, not French toast.
    You need to add the cinnamon to the eggs and sugar (imulsified) first, then a little vanilla, then some milk.
    For crunchier texture, toast bread first, or leave bread out overnight to dry. I place the toast on a sheet pan, then place it in the oven (off).
    Usually, it is made with a stale loaf of French bread. Slice bread is ok.
