Hi everyone, in this video I’m going to show you how to make cherry clafoutis 🙂 It’s a rather traditional recipe, very French, hahah ! There are many controversies over whether or not we should keep the pits in the cherries for the clafoutis, but my only answer to this is : do whatever pleases you ! If you like eating your desserts slower and having fun throwing the pits in the garden with the family, leave them ; if you would rather take a big bite and not have to be so careful about it, pit the cherries ! People even sometimes pit their cherries and put all the pits in a cheese cloth, tie it with a knot, and then put it in the clafoutis mixtures so that the pits diffuse their delicious aroma.
