Wake up this morning with a glass of coffee creme brulee? what’s that, they aren’t the same? It is now •_•
recipe #coffee #french
1C Heavy cream
1Tbsp Ground coffee
1/4tsp salt
2 egg yolks
1/4C Sugar
1tsp Vanilla bean paste/extract

325F for 35 minutes or until sides set and the middle wiggles!

Let’s make a coffeee cranberry L first we need some of that JoJo you know what I’m saying here one for you too you get the cute M cuz I love you into a pan adding 1 cup of heavy cream tiny pinch of that ocean then 1 tbspoon

Of some good coffee once this mixture starts to come to a boil cut the heat then remove it let it steep for a little bit now while you have your coffee going over there we’re going to separate two egg yolks and 1/4 cup of sugar mix this

Quickly so that the sugar doesn’t curdle the egg yolks you can now filter the cream and coffee make sure to whisk it cuz we want a good consistency 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste with those fat specks of vanilla this recipe will make about 3 4 oz rakins and make

Sure to place a napkin on the dish so that if it’s metal it doesn’t get ugly marks after baking then fill about a third with hot water so it stays creamy these go in at 325 for 25 minutes or until when you shake it the middle

Starts to wobble kind of like you show them overnight and then top with sugar then torch it and if you don’t have a torch add sugar to a saucepan with some water on medium until it starts to get Amber then pour it over your custard and

Boom you got a similar result I wouldn’t leave y’all hanging come on now I mean technically there’s coffee in it so I can have it every morning m

  1. Any chance of subtitles? Americans accent is hard enough and harder still to understand when it’s colloquial

  2. Sometimes I feel sad feeling like the only reason I watch these videos is to dream about having a ramaken or a blowtorch or just the time and energy to learn to cook well

  3. Use cold or room temp water for your bath. It’s intended to slowly bring up the heat so you get a creamier curd. If you use boiling water it will be both easier to overcook and can inherently have a more ‘scrambled egg’ texture

  4. I thought you were going to use brewed coffee in the beginning and was like good luck getting that to set!😂😂😂😂

  5. Brother the fact you gave us a cup of joe just shows you are the best cooking YouTuber on YouTube like the comment if you agree

  6. Bruh this shit literally made me smile at the end, i love the unfiltered happiness and positivity with great recipes
