My friend from France taught me the best fish recipe I’ve ever had start by cutting three medium potatoes transfer all these potatoes to a large saucepan add enough water also add 1 teaspoon of salt and let them cook for 15 minutes into a large skillet add 1 tbspoon of

Unsalted butter 1 medium onion now into a medium Bowl add three eggs a 240 ML cup of milk 1 teaspoon of salt and one generous pinch of black pepper once you’ve done that transfer half of the cooked potatoes the onion dices we fried and add 2 cans of Sardine fully drained

Then add the other half of the potatoes all the egg milk mixture we just prepared take it to a preheated oven at 200° C or 392 de F and let it bake for 40 minutes and I’ll also thank you for sharing this recipe see you next recipe bye

  1. I would’ve never gotten that right the thought of adding all the dice in my head on the spot… He did a great job!

  2. Looks to me he could not decide if he wanted to make creamy fish soup or a Janssons. Just pick one, you'll get a better result.

  3. Completely lost me at sardines! If you would have said another kinda of fish. Maybe Salt water Cod. Or Flounder, or even squid. I still would have said NO. But sardines OMG. Stay safe Be Safe dude.

  4. I might substitute salmon . I’m not a fan of potatoes, sardines and egg milk combo. I’d probably not include milk and use broth.

  5. Is your 'friend from France' as real as your 'grandma' that 'taught' you to put a third of a pound of butter and some ham on potatoes?

Canned sardines in 'the best fish recipe' you've ever had, is this an elaborate prank?!
