Deviled Eggs.
Split the egg, take out the yolk, mash or grate the yolk. Fry on butter some grated mushrooms with finely chopped onion. Mix the yolk with fried mushrooms, some chopped parsley, add pepper and salt to taste. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture, top with mayo. Try it out!
