Wait. Stop! I’ve been looking for a shirt like this. You don’t understand. One of my best friends was wearing one the other day. I’m buying this! Hi, Vogue, it’s Amelia Gray, and today I’m going to be taking you on my very fun and special day.

And you’re going to have to wait and see, find out what we do. But it’s a lot of fun things, and I’m really excited, so come with me. Oh, my God! Paris is crazy. I don’t know how anyone drives here. First stop: Wild & the Moon, my favourite juice place ever.

We’re really in a hurry so we have to run. This is like, my L.A. home away from home in Paris. It’s so L.A. and tourist that I come here, like, I can’t. But I love it. So I’m going to still go and you can make fun of me, I don’t care.

I need a lot of these. I need a hug. It’s a really good one. I’m going to get a couple of shots. It’s a big day. I really like these peanut butter bar things. I’m going to get one of those. A matcha latte, please. – Thank you so much! – You’re welcome.

Have a good day! Bye! Sometimes I come here twice a day. Actually every day I come here twice a day. Now we’re finally on our way to the show. Today is a very exciting day in Paris because, I’m doing the Jean Paul Gaultier show, and it is a collab with Simone Rocha,

Who is actually the first woman taking over the Gaultier house. And I’m really sorry I’m late, Gaultier. I love you so much. It’s just going to be a really fun day. I took a napkin from the Alaïa party last night.

We have three shows back to back, because it was a really small space, and because it was so intimate, like… I was looking people in the eyes and seeing my friends in the audience. And it’s so fun. It’s like you see your friends, but you can’t really react to them

Because you’re playing this different character, not Amelia. It’s Camelia. – That’s who it is. – Awesome. Thank you. I missed you. Thank you! I think the first time I ever saw a Gaultier piece was probably on Madonna when I was 8. My mum was obsessed with Madonna.

I think that Madonna’s breasts in particular, as a girl growing up and understanding her femininity and what have you, were so iconic. Every single Gaultier runway show I’ve kind of been like… No, I can’t talk. That’s really hard for me. I think that’s good. It’s torture. But it looks cool.

I can talk! What are they talking about? My favourite area in Paris is Le Marais. But this time I was working with a client who happens to primarily be in the 1st “arrondossement”… – How do you say that? – Arrondissement. So I’m staying in the 1st this time, which is great.

It’s beautiful, but it’s sort of like Upper East Side versus Lower East Side in New York. And I live in the Lower East Side. I like to walk out of my house or my hotel room in the morning and do my little walk to Wild & the Moon in my big hoodie

And my big sweatpants and my big coat. And sometimes, people definitely think I’m a crazy person when I’m staying in the 1st. And the looks I get in the 1st are like: “She’s crazy.” Versus the looks I get in the 3rd. It’s like: “She knows.” “She knows the vibes.” It’s very different.

Now we’re at the Jacquemus day. I love this one. This one’s good. I really don’t want to take it off. It’s mine now. Let’s see what the next one is. My first Jacquemus show was Le Raphia and I had this huge hat on. It was this big. It was so cool.

And I had these flats on, similar to these, and little red pants. It was so cute! But this one is like… Like I grew up. I’m an adult now. This is a sick collection. Usually it’s so colourful, but I love! And the red, too. This is like extra pant on the side.

The bride. So cool. These are all so good. I would wear every single one of these. My first show ever in Paris was Vivienne Westwood, and actually my friend Charlie is the one that got me in. He pushed me in front of the line of the casting. Otherwise I would have never gone.

There was a huge line and I still kind of feel guilty, but he grabbed me and pulled me in. Anyways, then I got the show! I need to go back to work and try on more outfits, so I’ll see you later. Bye! So we just finished the Jacquemus fitting.

I think the first outfit that I tried on was the one I felt like it was made for me. So it’s amazing, j’adore. I can’t wait to wear it. And now we have to do a little shopping before dinner tonight. So I’m going to take you

To my favourite vintage store ever in Paris: Son et Image. That’s very chic. – Hi, mama! – Hi! I love you, I missed you. – How are you? Happy new year. – You too. I need to find more pants today. So we look. Mama knows me so well.

She selects so many things for me. Every time I come, I’m just saying: “Mama, show me what you have for me.” But we’re going to look a little bit, anyways. My sunglasses are vintage Miu Miu. I’m pretty sure you cannot find them anywhere else. I just got lucky on Depop one night.

These are what I wear for when I’m tired and I don’t want to wear makeup. So this is my shield. My style is all about comfort because in my job, we’re always wearing not as comfortable clothes and shoes and things like this. I only wear jeans from here or my Supreme jeans.

I only wear men’s pants and pretty much men’s clothes. This is a woman’s top and a woman’s belt, but my shoes are men’s, my underwear are women’s. But sometimes I’m wearing boxers. This morning I was wearing my Supreme boxers. I’m not going to wear jeans that are tight on my skin.

I do have 2 pairs of tight jeans, one being Alaïa, because, duh! And then I have some Celine jeans, but those are my work jeans that I wear to castings. I think most of my shopping is just vintage or Supreme. Or Carhartt or Stüssy.

Workwear and vintage for sure, but then also Balenciaga and Miu Miu, it depends on what I’m feeling. I’m a Gemini, so I’m always playing a different character. So it just kind of depends. I wouldn’t say that I have a style, but I would say that I appreciate comfort. I always have.

Really? You think I have a style? But how would you describe it? Well, workwear meets end of ’90s, early 2000s meets Mui Mui and Balenciaga, right? Right? I think so, yeah. I don’t really shop vintage other than here. I’m always coming here.

There’s great vintage places in New York, but I don’t like to shop, I hate shopping, I’m an online shopper, especially if I’ve had a glass of wine or 2. I like Depop. Easy. And here. And that’s it. Okay, let’s try it on, because I really don’t like shopping

And I’m about to be done. So let’s go. Be right back. – This is really cool, mama! – Yeah, I have good taste, no? Yeah, you do. This is a good moto jacket. Okay, now I’m trying another one on. Okay. This one’s cute, but this one’s like:

“I’m a cute little girl. I’m a nice girl.” This one’s giving Miu Miu. Always what I have to do is: I come here and I try on all the things, and then I come back, and then we do it again. And then I decide.

My rule is: whatever I’m thinking about when I’m going to bed the night after I’m going shopping is what I’m going to get the next day. I wish we could have people vote before I buy this because it’s so hard! This is so good! I love.

Okay, here we have a very different situation, but I kind of like this. This is a perfect backstage show vibe. Hiding, looking cool. No idea what I’m wearing, but all I know is nobody else can have it. And that’s the only important part is one of one. I think I’m done.

I think I’m going to get this. I think I’m probably going to get this. I’ll see you in a second. I’m going to get back into my clothes. They’ve watched me grow here, and I make it a very important part for me every time I’m in Paris to come here,

If I have enough time, and it just feels like home. A little slice of my heart. So, I was going to gate-keep it, but you’re welcome. So now we have to go get ready for dinner. And we have dinner at L’Avenue tonight, so I will see you there.

I am wearing a full Balenciaga look from the new collection. And this bag. This bag, I’m dying for this bag. Everyone’s coming up to me like: “Oh, my God, this bag.” It’s not out yet. I don’t think anything that I’m wearing is out yet, so I feel very honoured

And excited to wear it. See you there! Thank you very much, Vogue, for coming along with me on my day. And I’m going to go eat now. Bye!

  1. The way her insecurities come out in everything she says, she tries soooo hard it is profoundly cringey

  2. i had no idea who this girl was but i IMMEDIATELY knew she was a nepo baby. also everyone's saying this but how is she acting EXACTLY like gabbriette 😭

  3. her when she said "i'm a gemini so i'm always playing a character" (yeah gabbriette) and then her asking "what's my style?" (gabbriette core)

  4. I mean for all those clowning her for gabriette copycat vibes, gabriatte is clearly and intentionally channelling young Angelina Jolie soo we cant throw stones if we live in glass houses. People in fashion are always copying eachother.. bella hadid had her whole face manipulated to look like carla bruneli so this isnt a new thing

  5. Amelia is very cute and seems so sweet but you can tell she’s trying to be something she isn’t. I would love to see her in her own style and not gabbriettes

  6. Is she on the spectrum or special needs? No shade to anyone who is, there is just something off about her that I can't put my finger on.

  7. Todays „influencer-nepo“ models = bland like vegan Matcha Latte
The 90s models= powerful like a espresso in Bari

  8. I love her looks. As for her being a Gemini saying "i play a role" thats a real advantage for a model who has to look in a different way, style, look, expression etc. in every work
