It would be nice to watch some slower video concentrating only on one or two places – just to sink in more 🙂 Something like walking the streets of some old town. Compilations like this are always nice as well, but shots are too quick and you're bombed with too many new places and information at once.

  4. I'm from Alsace, it is indeed beautiful there. To answer your question, when you live there, you don't really realize how beautiful things are, because you see them everyday, and it becomes kind of normal. I left France 15 years ago, and everytime I come back to France I appreciate the architecture, food and how nice my region looks like.

  5. I crossed France by foot from Alsace to Burgundy, over the Massive Central, alongside the river Lot through Armangac, the Basque country to the Pyreneés, that 1.200 km, and the beauty of this country is even greater than these we've seen.

  6. Le Mont Saint-Michel n'est jamais cerné de glace. La mer et l'océan ne gèlent pas ici. Ce que vous voyez, ce sont les bancs de sable quand la mer se retire. La mer monte d'ailleurs très vite à cet endroit. On utilise souvent l'image du cheval au galop. Il y a également des sables mouvants, il est donc dangereux de se promener autour du Mont sans connaître ou sans guide.

    La France jouit de climats variés, ce qui lui permet d'avoir une grande diversité de paysages. Chaque région possède également son style et sa culture selon les aléas de l'histoire.

    La France est également bordée par 3 mers et océans, il y a de nombreuses plages de tout types. Le stéréotype de la plage avec la mer sombre et froide s'applique pour le côtes de la Manche mais pas forcément au reste du pays. La Méditerranée possède des eaux chaudes et plutôt claires, voire cristallines par endroits (les Calanques ou la Corse par exemple).

    Et vous ne voyez là que la France métropolitaine, c'est-à-dire celle située en Europe mais d'où tout est parti.
