Cherry oh yeah smells fresh though 1789 212 23 it’s almost SE um going on seven years old and it’s just as fresh as a bell in here I tell you know it’s had a lot of black cherry on it very nice yeah a lot of nice fruit on that

Mainly black cherries what I’m getting tell you it’s getting velvety at this point in other words the tannins are softening up really nice uh it’s starting to mature a little bit um having this with anything with fat in it any meat or cheese with fat knock that

Tanon right out of it because it’ll coat your tongue and you won’t get the tannas but they’re actually softening up pretty nice now um air ate this for about an hour or Dean it perfect yeah you can tell sw’s get be seven years old it’s got It’s got nice um oh yeah soft

Pannin nice acidity everything balanced out with the fruit the Cherry oiness Just a Kiss of Oak little bit of woodsy going on little bit bit of uh I want to say woodsy I think most people would describe that as leafy damp soil maybe some tobacco leathery that all fits that that uh
