Ingredients:
• 1 yoghurt
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups of sugar
• 3 cups of flour
• 1packet of baking powder or 14g
• 1 cup of oil
• 1 lemon zest plus juice
• Butter to spread over the mould
Glazing
• 2 tbsp apricot jam
• 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
• 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 1 zest of lemon
