Well good evening Travelers Todd Michelle here we’re traveling around Disney and as you can see we have made our way over to the French Quarter Riverside because we’re going to have dinner with some fellow Travelers at the sassagula riverworks or floatworks I think it’s float works yeah because

There’s a couple of new items in there and we wanted to come see Dina and Cara one more time so come along and let’s see what sassagula has to offer us tonight so let’s head into Jackson Square and check out some of the merchandise that they may have

Right off the back they have some Tommy Hilfiger now here at the French quarter and over at um Riverside just uh they just started carrying this so they do have Tommy Hilfiger here also okay let’s go I have merchandise right here of course Port Orleans Resort French Quarter shirt

Tiana ears these are the new ones they just came in and in the Hat right there very nice and then you come over to this way they have their little tumblers corksicle right there thank you corksicle Tommy Bahama pullover oh that’s really nice though I like that shirts of course the Tervis tumblers

Man they got a lot of stuff what happened order and leaves check that out oh my gosh look at that oh my gosh that is so cute little Tiana dress and of course all new coffee mug to me the beignets Beignets all day scat cats which is their jazz club here don’t forget to visit there when you come and of course the Tumblers what kind of tumblers are these just regulars but these black Timbers close 22.99 but very nice they have spartina branded merchandise it’s not truly French quarter but check this out New Orleans and then they have the French Quarter mugs right here I hadn’t seen these before Oh that’s fantastic anything inside nope just blue and the bottom and they are 14.99 a great price and of course spartina cosmetic bag scarves I never seen this before this is cool the spartina is really nice

And they even have a book so it’s spartina that is designed for New Orleans but it’s in our French Quarter and since we’re at the French Quarter it’s Tiana’s look there there’s the flower separator mug with spoon rolling pin nice shirt oh look at the apron Tiana’s apron mixing

They even have cake plate and check these out measuring cups and salt and pepper shaker that is cool let’s see who’s on the back Tiana also how much are these how much are these 9.99 what a great little souvenir that is fantastic they got some fantastic brand merchandise and

One more side over here this is of course the regular merchandise that we’ve seen but going back to Tiana’s they got a sipper and a new coffee mug that’s come in we actually have this at the Contemporary but it’s also here the restaurant fun and then the baking dish and then of

Course the oven mitts that is cool great great merchandise here for Tiana at the French Quarter these mugs are now back in stock It’s the dad and the mom and the grandpa but they also now carry abuela and a boy low Disney cups Disney monks I think that’s

Fantastic and we just got these in this week Foreign Foreign They have four Bays one two of course the desserts and then over here is your mobile order pickup right over in this section and then the burgers the desserts the pizzas and the hearty meals right over there and of course you check out right here but this is their new design I know

Everybody remembers the old float float pieces that they had up in the attics and stuff like that but this is their new streamlined design it looks pretty good I actually do enjoy it and of course they got the condiment stations and ketchup mustard tomato just a reminder when you come for breakfast

In the morning they do have a microwave and tofu to toast your bagels because they usually have butter and cream cheese also and they have three style Coke machines right here Michelle’s favorite not and but I do like the t’s and they have a hot chocolate dispenser and then they

Do carry Joffrey’s coffee so you do have a selection of that so I mean the very real wound well-rounded selection Travelers we have made our way into sassagola floatworks we’re getting ready to mobile order but we’re here with Dina and Kira correct correct and they are from Australia and

This is Dina and Kira right here hello these are fellow Travelers they are our fellow Travelers and they have been they will be here a total of 33 nights 34 days so we’ve already had one dinner with them we’re having another dinner with them and I think we’re having another dinner with them

Later so we get to see them and you never know we might even make our way down to Australia since a Disney ship is going to make its way down to Australia you might have to take a cruise down there see now Michelle gets all excited

Oh here we go she’ll fly she’ll get on a plane for that she’s coming home with us exactly so we had our already perused the menu and we checked the mobile order and by the way we thank the mobile order are the basic items that they’re always carry but when there’s different stuff

Like they have a buttermilk chicken a shrimp and grits and a different dessert it is not on the mobile order so you still have to go order that stuff over there so okay so now let’s take a look at the menu and these are revolving

Menus so you gotta be quick to see what they’re gonna have not really they’re pretty slow but that oh Michelle was thinking about that pimento burger right there impossible burger oh the barbecue the French dip see if they got the Fried Chicken they’re supposed to have Fried Chicken which is on their menu

I don’t see Fried Chicken but we’re gonna see if it’s on the menu to order but you can mobile order here which makes it much easier and then of course over here we got the grill shop and all that good stuff we have claimed all of our food because we went

Everywhere to get this food Michelle went to scat cats and got the pimentos um appetizer what are you looking for my phone right there I’m trying to take pictures and she got Wings she didn’t tell me anything about getting barbecued Wings over there but hey that’s okay because I got

A French dip right here which we’ll try in a little bit before that and then okay that makes sense let’s see this is my week this is from scat cats See him without me pouring them out there you go oh there they are cat cat wings okay and their big fries are not like the skinny dizzy oh they are they’re the big fries okay and oh hold on and of course the pimento if you haven’t tried these things you need to that’s

What they look like there we go pimento cheese in the middle they’re deep fried and then it’s got a pepper jelly on the outside it’s not hot is it like not at all no like two three something around there sweet yeah it’s got a sweetness to it because that pepper jacket

Yeah there you go okay and this is my shrimp and grits and this bowl is huge gave me two big old scoops of and they make it fresh so that’s why it is not on the mobile order because they make it fresh so we’re gonna give this a try It’s just no it’s the creamy oh and the Grits are creamy there’s onions I know he cooked them he that’s what was flaming over there that’s pretty neat I like onions it’s green pepper green pepper and onions what else is in there and the Grits do you haven’t even got a shrimp

I don’t think I want one okay I’m just gonna try the Grits first here we go we’re going to give this a try cheers honey cheers boy you look enthused foreign those are really good she doesn’t like the texture it’s got to be in the Milky you don’t like the grits

They’re not your grits okay it’s hard to please this Southerner with grits so I can understand that but there’s ham green peppers um shrimp there is hand bits in there so just in case you don’t like pork that’s in there you out of that okay slide it over

That’s supposed to be New Orleans right yeah I don’t know I’ve never been to New Orleans I don’t know if that’s what it’s supposed to be like leave a comment down below Tell me if this is New Orleans shrimp and grits right here the shrimp has nothing on it no it doesn’t have how much was that 14 dollars I thought it was a great price we agreed to disagree on this dish really but I I enjoy it I enjoy this if

I had a piece of bread with it like a French like a baguette or something it’d be really good I don’t I do like this another thing one of these refillable cups Karen Dina got their refillable mugs they got the refillable mugs which is 19.99 but that’s why I look at you I’m

Like um is it 19.99 for the whole state okay it’s 18.99 that they’re here but I we have to get these cups because we’re not staying on property and I accidentally took my cup off the machine and then went to put it back on and quickly found out it’s two minutes

Between each refill just to let everyone know two minutes between each refill and you only get three after the first Phillip after that so just remember that don’t move your cup you can’t stand there and take a drink no because if you do it’ll say you have two minutes before

You can refill so just remember that that one we found out the refillable mug is good for 14 days it’s 14 but then they can re-upp it so it’s good 19.99 and by the way they’re here for 33 nights and 34 days like we’ve said before so I think that’s a great deal

That’s like 50 cents Would you like me to try the pimento I do like them but I know Michelle only got three and I didn’t want to eat them all we already made most of you didn’t like it but now you do yes I like them I will take a bite how’s that go ahead

Oh my God it’s probably cold now I’m waiting on your shrimp and grits no they’re still good it’s that pepper jelly I’m addicted to the pepper you want the whole thing you sure I’m positive I’m good take it oh my gosh I’m gonna go back I’m such a big boy

Well you know she offered a bite so I took the biggest bite I could get it he didn’t care over there laughing at us because we’re filming at the same time they’re actually seeing how the sausage is made once again yeah they’re gonna watch this fight yeah when they

Three of those okay and then these are called riveting TV here you wings well I have barbecue sauce on my hands smoked chicken wings tossed in a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce served with cajun fries and that is 16. see oh dang that’s a good deal for that I would

Pimento listen to The Jazz that’s a great little area that a lot of people miss here at the French Corner five to ten five I don’t know what time the music starts start I don’t know but I think it’s a hidden Little Gym here at the French Quarter definitely I ate all my

Um green pepper eater here actually I wish this had some grilled onions on it but this is the French dip right here it does got a cup of juice the wings are really good yeah they are hotter they got here we go we need the sauce though it

Needs me I know I need something in it or the onions sauteed onions maybe that’s what I was used for no I don’t want any mayonnaise here she’s always gonna put mayonnaise or ketchup or something on it because what if I choke on it because it’s so dry oh

It’s not you just soaked it in but I don’t know until I eat it a quart of aju there right yeah they give you a plenty by the way we got it to go so they give you plenty of as you ready cheers honey I think the as you makes that sandwich

I like it I think it’s good definitely gotta have the juice it’s okay that makes it good I wish I had some mushrooms and some onions on it that would be great actually the wings probably were my favorite thing I think so far okay take that home because we still got dessert

To go okay so we of course got dessert we have not gotten Beignets yet yeah I see you have four plates are we gonna yes we’re going to divide this up for all four of us to share but this is why we really came right here the Tiana cake because

We heard that it was developed here by a pastry chef and somebody said we definitely need to give this a try it is an olive I just put that together okay oh I need the description colors are all the same flavor that’s what I would assume we’ll be right back

Hold on let me get the description of this cake called the wishing on the stars and it’s 6 29 for the cake it’s an olive oil cake banana cream pie mousse white chocolate frutella Crunch and white chocolate the apology that must be the cover we’ll go with that so

I gotta hand out plates I feel like I’m at a birthday party more handed everybody out cake so we’re yeah that’s right we’re having birthday cake because we also since we were up there it is National no because I don’t have napkins here you go it is National Hispanic Heritage Month

And we got the guava tres leches cake right there there’s a little piece because there’s another piece there and we got two more pieces so we made it four piece um because Beignets may still be in the picture we’re not quite sure um so we’re going to try these desserts

Michelle’s gonna get them divvied up and I’m gonna go get some napkins okay we got our birthday plates here already for Dina’s birthday since it is her birthday we’re going to celebrate with some cake there we were just discussing they went into lockdown the day of your

Birthday uh two weeks before two weeks two days before her birthday they went into lockdown for 300 days only one person could leave the house and for 30 minutes 300 days anyway now we’re going to celebrate Dina’s birthday so here we go you ready what are you going to try first um let’s

Do the cake first okay which cake they’re both okay yeah the tastes like Chase he colored okay Dina’s birthday cake first cheese cheers thank you guys you like the guava that’s good I like that one I like that one too and we got another video coming up somewhere around here where I tried

Another translate cheesecake in Hollywood Studios which hasn’t come out yet but since it’s National I mean it’s a Hispanic historic month from October 15th I mean September 15th through October 15th so we’re going to try as many of those treats as we can it um tastes like there’s just juice I know it

What it looks like inside so I mean it’s still green am I tasting mint though yeah I think do you taste it I don’t know I taste this banana oh is it it’s like a very ripe banana I didn’t think I’d like the olive oil cake

But you can hardly taste it in there I swear I can taste a little mint almost like a chewing gum flavor at the very end well both of these desserts were quite tasty I think at the table I think it’s consensus here I can’t believe this

One because I don’t enjoy it as much as the other one okay and I’ll give you here I’ll give you some of my cake but I love this one that’s good the trace like cheese and this is one of my favorites so it’s got Ola you see Michelle’s layer

In there so there’s the banana right there okay hmm this is like sweet up or straight up condensed milk I know both very good both very good but no Beignets not sure you know I’m getting Beignets oh my food of course we are at the French quarter so you know what that means

That’s right a whole plate of Beignets this is an order of six and this is 10.99 and you get two dipping sauces which we got the chocolate and The Chicory and she made a magical moment of caramel right there but look at those so we cannot wait to and they’re hot and

They smell fantastic and this is why you come to the French Quarter here so we can’t wait to give these a try okay now Michelle’s gonna divvy up the the Beignets but just to let you know they had beignet Sundays over there the lady ordered them for her kids thank you

Very much she ordered two Sundays she didn’t realize they came with three beignets ice cream whipped cream on top container of the sauces she didn’t know that so those little kids we’ll be very excited tonight they’ll be running around that room because they will have these so but we’re going to

Join the regular ones like we always have ready oh they’re even nice and hot you can always tell like I said before people that get these because there’s always powdered sugar on the ground powdered sugar everywhere Michelle and usually what dipping sauce is your um then that’s The Chicory chocolate by the way

I don’t like anything on them I or was it chicory coffee or chicory chocolate yeah they’re hot hot here we go I think I might dip some strawberry there we go I’m gonna try chocolate to start okay here we go sure enough you want to dip something

Sure you don’t want no dip okay no dips for them across the table there we go cheers honey cheers to our opinions I know they’re the normal beignets but they’re making well almost Mickey shaped just imagine another ear over here but they’re really good these are definitely more like

Yeah I’d agree with you more like donuts than a traditional beignet but they’re good we have enjoyed them for many years yeah we’ve had a great meal tonight with Kira and Dina and Dina happy birthday once again it has been a pleasure meeting these two like I said they’re from

Australia they’re here till next Monday but we’ll probably see him a couple more times before them and it’s just been a great time we’ve had a great dinner tonight hope to see fellow Travelers out there in the future and like we always say until next time travel on adventure is out there
