– 1 tsp Lahsan Powder (Garlic Powder).
– 1 tsp Namak (Salt).
– 1/4 tsp Baking Soda.
– 1/2 tsp Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder).
– Water for mixing.
Directions:
– Mix everything in a bowl.
Coating Ingredients:
– 2 cup Maida (All Purpose Flour).
– 1/4 tsp Namak (Salt).
Directions:
– Mix everything together in bowl.
Zinger Fries Preparation:
– 1/2 kg Aloo (Potato)
