This is a perfectly cooked prime rib from Paris but unlike in America where it’s slow cooked the steak is instead sared the French say You must eat it rare so we did the beef they use is from a limousine cow and you choose the steaks by weight from a chalkboard this

4lb prime rib cost $190 and is served with the largest bone marrow portions I typically prefer my steak with normal seasoning but the pepper sauce was very good too when you’re eating a steak this rare cutting it into smaller pieces makes it less chewy and duck F topped

Off this Rich meal and definitely needed the wine to cut through the fat 7.8 out of 10

  1. That's like 5 seconds over raw. And if you need to cut your meat into small pieces, just to enjoy it, that just seems like more work to enjoy something.

  2. Absolutely disgusting and not healthy, and biggest waste of money, I can have the best steak sandwich with rib fillet steak for under $15 . And it's full of other yummy stuff too .

  3. All u people falling for that Angus BS are blind just following politicians saying Angus is what is best for you ALL LIES

  4. Definitely wouldn’t pay $200 for this meal if I were by myself. It it were a date or an anniversary… maybe. 4 pounds of steak, bone marrow, bread and a bottle of wine. For 200 low key sounds like a steal. Fourgras is a lil morally questionable tho
