Jean-Michel Dupre Beaujolais Villages Blanc has a nice straw colour and a lemony nose, maybe a hint of caramel and citrus fruits. The palate is lean and minerally which to me is more reminiscent of a steely Chablis than a fat Macon so it goes really well with fruits de mer, fish dishes or just on its own as an apéro!
