Brown Sugar French Toast

4-6 slices of thick white bread (I use the naked bread)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 big splash of milk or cream
Butter

Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and milk. Milk some butter in the pan, dip the bread in the eggs mixture and place in the hot pan. Cook until golden and crisp on the bottom then flip and repeat, about 3-4 minutes per side. Top with a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon, fresh fruit and or maple syrup and enjoy!
