Are we going to cry? Well, we weren’t far off. It was a very slow and frustrating process that carried on even far after the transfer of the house. It was a difficult situation and an explosive ending was inevitable. Whatever we tried and did, it wasn’t enough. Perhaps that’s why it was even more satisfying to finally own the house and all the land around it without someone having the right to be there. We made sure the property is secured and the entrances are blocked so we could leave for The Netherlands. We would have liked to stay longer but all the stuff we bought has to be shipped to France. So we want that done as soon as possible. Although we own a house now, we won’t quit van life. The next couple of weeks and months even we will be renovating the house and maybe we are going to do a little trip in the winter. For now we are just happy that we finally own the French Farm.
Welcome to our vlog about our experiences living in a Citroen Jumper that we converted into a campervan. We upload weekly on Fridays. We, Bram and Simon, have sold our house and bought a van. Now the conversion is done the Van is our home on wheels. Learning along the way we hope to show you how and what we are doing. A gay couple goes vanlife. It’s all new to us so mistakes will be made. We’d love to come in contact with like minded people to share our experiences. Together with our two Australian shepherds we are ready for this big adventure. Two guys, two dogs in one van.
